主讲人：Josep Maria de Dios Marcer (德迪奥·荷赛·马利尔)教授

主讲人简介：Josep Maria de Dios Marcer is a tenured lecturer in Private International Law at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). He currently serves as President of the Global Legal Education Association Consortium (GLEAC) (2018–present) and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the European Law Faculties Association (ELFA) since 2012, including a term as its President (2017–2018). He is also an international arbitrator at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC). At UAB, he coordinates the European Integration Master’s Program and directs the Institute for European Studies, overseeing dual-degree collaborations with the University of Toulouse (France), Renmin University of China, and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in Moscow. Additionally, he coordinates a U.S. university consortium with Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law for a summer program on Chinese law and manages UAB’s institutional relations with the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. His teaching and research focus on EU Private International Law and the Internal Market, particularly the free movement of persons, freedom of establishment, and freedom to provide services. Beyond publishing in these fields, he regularly lectures on these subjects at universities across Europe, Asia, and the United States, notably through annual teaching engagements at multiple universities in China.
