Summary：SUN Na is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Law, Xi’an Jiaotong University. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from Peking University and completed postdoctoral research in law under a joint programme of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Tencent, as well as postdoctoral research in philosophy at Xi’an Jiaotong University. She also serves as a Distinguished Professor at Krirk University, Thailand. Her principal research fields are intellectual property law and science and technology law.
She is a National Senior Technology Manager and serves as a Research Fellow at the International Intellectual Property Research Center of Peking University; a Member of the National Data Standardization Committee; Secretary-General of the Science and Technology Law Research Society of the Shaanxi Provincial Law Society; Deputy Secretary-General of the Shaanxi Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Law Research Society; a Standing Council Member of both the Intellectual Property Law Research Society and the Market Regulation and Rule of Law Research Society of the Shaanxi Provincial Law Society; an Expert Advisor on Overseas Intellectual Property Rights Protection in Shaanxi Province; an Expert in the Shaanxi Provincial Standardization Advisory Expert Pool; an Expert of the Shaanxi Provincial Data Intellectual Property Working Group; a Review Expert for Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Development Plan Projects; a Specially Appointed Expert of both the Shaanxi Technology Managers Association and the Shaanxi Trademark Association; a Member of the Shaanxi Provincial Technical Committee for Intellectual Property Standardization; an Expert of the Xi’an Intellectual Property Think Tank; and an Arbitrator at both the Xi’an Arbitration Commission and the Chongqing Arbitration Commission.
