Mr. Sheng Zhang is an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean at Xi’an Jiaotong University School of Law. He is a director of the Chinese Society of International Law and an editor of the Chinese Journal of Comparative Law （OUP）. He is also one of the contributors of the BIT program of the Investmentclaims (OUP). He mainly focuses on international investment law and comparative law.
