Mr. Sheng Zhang is Professor and Assistant Dean at Xi’an Jiaotong University School of Law. He is Secretary General of Silk Road Law School Alliance and Deputy Secretary General of China International Investment Arbitration Forum and a member of SCOPUS China Academic Board. He is a director of Chinese Society of International Law. He is also an editor of the Chinese Journal of Comparative Law (OUP). He mainly focuses on international investment law and comparative law.
