PhD in Law, Professor and Doctoral Tutor; Member of Chinese Civil Law Research Association of China Law Society. Prof. WU has been selected to be a XJTU Outstanding Youth Talent and a “New Century Excellent Talent”. He was one of the Leading Talents (second level) of Gansu Province as well as one of the talents of “Four Batches” Program of Gansu Province. He is a Director of the Chinese Civil Law Association.
