PhD in Law, Doctoral Tutor, Distinguished Professor of the “Tengfei Program” at Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU), Associate Dean of the School of Law, Legal Advisor to the Shaanxi Provincial Government.

Prof. LI mainly focuses on international economic law and international commercial dispute settlement. He is a Standing Director of the Chinese Society of International Economic Law, Vice President of the International Law Research Association of Shaanxi Law Society, CHEN An International Law Chair Professor at Xiamen University, an invited reviewer of China Social Science, and a Member of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. He was a visiting scholar at the Yale Law School, and was awarded the First Prize of Outstanding Research Award by the Chinese Ministry of Justice.
