Professor; PhD in Law, part-time lawyer, and judicial authenticator. Participant of the “Double Thousand Program”, Director of the Chinese Economic Law Society, President of the Research Association of the Rule of Law for Enterprise Economy of Shaanxi Law Society, Legal Advisor for the National People’s Congress of PRC, the legal expert for major projects of Shaanxi Province. Her research mainly focuses on economic law, intellectual property law, labor and social security law, and has published 25 papers, 2 monographs, edited 2 textbooks, and led 8 research projects.
