The signing ceremony of the memorandum of cooperation on "the silk road international arbitration talent teaching practice base" co-built by Xi'an Jiaotong University and Xi'an Arbitration Commission, and the simulated arbitration tribunal activity were held successfully On November 8, 2017.

Vice dean Li Wanqiang, teacher Wang Chao’en, Gao Yizhe from Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Law, Xi'an Arbitration Sommission secretary general Pan Junxing, secretariat director Dou Peng, accepting office director Bai Xiaoli, general office director Zhang Yong attended the meeting. The signing ceremony was presided over by Liu Dehua, President of shaanxi Free Trade Zone arbitration court of Xi'an Arbitration Commission.

Li Wanqiang, vice dean of Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Law, introduced the enrollment and training of foreign master and doctoral students in the international program of "Chinese law and international business law". The program has been enrolled students for three years, mainly from central Asian countries and Russia. He pointed out that the training of foreign students is one of the significant actions for Xi'an Jiaotong University to serve Shaanxi's construction of " The Belt and Road" program.  

Xi'an arbitration committee secretary general Pan Junxing delivered welcome speech, he pointed out that Xi'an Arbitration Commission set up the "Silk Road International Arbitration Talent Teaching Practice Base" with Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Law for the first time and simulate arbitration tribunal activities. It is the practice of the arbitration institution and law theory to fusion with each other, this is a new form of education. This measure can not only improve arbitration theory research but also have a profound practical significance.

After the signing ceremony, our students held a simulated arbitration tribunal activity. Then, Xi'an Arbitration Commission conducted an interactive communication with students.
