张艾思，法学博士，西安交通大学法学院副教授、硕士生导师。本科毕业于华东政法大学，硕士、博士毕业于美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳—香槟分校。研究方向是宪法，主要聚焦国家的基本制度、国家机构的职权等问题。先后在Journal of Asian and African Studies、Australian Journal of Asian Law等中英文核心期刊发表论文多篇,主持陕西省社科基金、陕西省软科学基金、陕西省博士后基金等省部级研究项目。联系方式：azhang10@xjtu.edu.cn.
